The street pack and wolf-dog are fine, but I have issues with the mutation.

Unless he were all or mostly great dane/irsh wolfhound, he wouldn't be as TALL as a horse, let alone as BIG as one. A wolf nearly the size of a horse is pretty much impossible, even with a mutation. There are mutations that make creatures more muscular, but generally the taller/larger is luck/genetics. So, technically he wouldn't even have a mutation. So, he can be larger than normal, but he isn't going to be even near as large as a horse.
